By creating an account, accessing Exam Mindset, purchasing a product, using a free sample, submitting an application review request, or redeeming a voucher, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Exam Mindset provides digital certification preparation products, practice exams, application review support, performance reporting, and related learning support services for PMI^® certification candidates.

Exam Mindset is an independent exam preparation platform. PMI^®, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, PMI-PBA, CAPM, and related marks are trademarks of Project Management Institute, Inc. Exam Mindset is not affiliated with or endorsed by PMI^®.

Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and secure. This includes name, email address, country, and password security. Users should not share account credentials with others.

Exam Mindset may use the country provided during signup for billing, tax, compliance, and account administration purposes.

Digital access is provided through the user dashboard after login. Access may be subject to product type, payment status, voucher assignment, entitlement rules, and account standing.

Exam Mindset practice questions are original preparation questions designed to help candidates understand exam-style reasoning and certification topics. They are not official PMI^® exam questions, past PMI^® exam questions, or guaranteed representations of actual exam content.

Users may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, scrape, distribute, or publish Exam Mindset questions, explanations, reports, or platform content without written permission.

Paid exam products may include unlimited attempts, saved progress, pause/resume functionality, and attempt history. Exam Mindset may update, improve, replace, or retire content over time to maintain quality and alignment.

Application Review Support is a document review and editing support service intended to help candidates improve clarity, completeness, and alignment with certification application expectations.

Application Review Support does not guarantee PMI^® approval, eligibility acceptance, exam eligibility, or certification award. PMI^® makes the final decision on eligibility, application review, and certification status.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all application information they submit is accurate, truthful, and based on their own experience.

Users may upload files for application review. Users must not upload malicious files, unlawful content, confidential third-party documents without authorization, or content they do not have the right to share.

Exam Mindset may restrict file types, file sizes, and uploaded content for security and operational reasons.

Training providers or vendors may receive or purchase certification bundle vouchers for learners. Vouchers are for assigned learner access only and may be subject to expiry, assignment, reassignment, and usage rules.

A voucher may become non-transferable once a learner starts using the assigned access. Training providers may see voucher status, learner assignment, attempt count, and last attempt date. Scores, answers, detailed results, domain performance, and review details are private to the learner and are not shared with vendors.

Eligible non-vendor, non-admin users may participate in the Exam Mindset Referral Program. Referral commissions may apply only to eligible paid student purchases and are subject to the referral rules, attribution window, refund status, and approval by Exam Mindset.

Self-referrals, fraudulent activity, vendor voucher purchases, cancelled orders, and refunded purchases are not eligible for commission. Exam Mindset may review, approve, cancel, or withhold referral commissions where appropriate.

Prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time. Site-wide discounts, promotional pricing, or access offers may be applied at Exam Mindset's discretion.

Payment access is only granted after successful payment, manual approval, voucher assignment, or authorized entitlement creation.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Because many products are digital and may provide immediate access, refund eligibility may depend on product type, usage, timing, and whether services have started.

Users agree not to:

• share login credentials
• copy or distribute exam questions or explanations
• attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• misuse voucher codes
• create fake accounts for referral abuse
• upload harmful or malicious files
• interfere with platform security
• use the service for unlawful purposes

Exam Mindset may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if a user violates these terms, misuses content, abuses vouchers/referrals, attempts unauthorized access, or engages in activity that harms the platform or other users.

Exam Mindset provides preparation tools, practice content, reporting, and support. We do not guarantee exam passing, PMI^® application approval, certification award, employment outcomes, or professional results.

Exam Mindset may update questions, explanations, exam packs, certification information, pricing, product availability, and platform features. These updates are intended to improve quality, accuracy, and user experience.

Exam Mindset may link to official PMI^® resources, certification pages, exam content outlines, handbooks, or other third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience. Exam Mindset does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Exam Mindset is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform, exam outcomes, application decisions, technical interruptions, or reliance on preparation content.

Exam Mindset may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated terms.
