Refund Policy

Exam Mindset provides digital exam preparation products, application review support, and related certification preparation services. Because many products provide immediate access to digital content, refund eligibility depends on the product purchased, whether the product has been accessed, and whether a service has already started.

Applies to Single Exam Pack, Certification Bundle, and All Access Membership.

Practice exam purchases may be eligible for refund if:

• the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase, and
• the paid exam content has not been substantially used, and
• no significant number of questions, attempts, or review explanations have been accessed.

Once a paid exam has been started, completed, or substantially used, refunds may not be available because the digital content has been delivered. Requests are reviewed case by case.

Free sample exams are provided at no cost and are not subject to refund.

Application Review Support may be refundable if:

• the review team has not started reviewing the submitted materials, or
• the candidate submits a request before uploading files, or
• Exam Mindset determines during eligibility review that the candidate does not appear to meet the stated eligibility requirements.

If the review has already started or reviewed files/feedback have been delivered, the fee may not be refundable.

Application review support does not guarantee PMI^® approval. PMI^® makes the final eligibility and approval decision.

All Access Membership gives access to all available paid practice exams and includes 3 application review submissions per membership year.

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase if:

• the user has not substantially accessed paid exam content, and
• no included application review submission has been used.

If any included application review submission has been used or review work has started, a refund may not be available.

Vendor voucher purchases are handled separately from individual learner purchases.

Voucher pack refunds may be considered if:

• vouchers have not been assigned to learners, and
• no voucher has been redeemed or used, and
• the request is submitted before the voucher pack is actively distributed.

Once vouchers are assigned, redeemed, or used, refund eligibility may be limited.

If a referred purchase is refunded, any related referral commission may be cancelled or reversed. Referral commissions are only payable on eligible paid purchases that are not refunded or cancelled.

If a user accidentally purchases the same product more than once, they should contact support. Exam Mindset may review duplicate purchases and provide a refund, credit, or access adjustment where appropriate.

If a user cannot access purchased content due to a technical issue, they should contact support first. Exam Mindset will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund or credit may be considered.

Refund requests are reviewed within 5–10 business days where possible. If approved, refund timing may depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Exam Mindset provides preparation tools and support. We do not guarantee that any candidate will pass an exam, receive PMI^® approval, or achieve a specific result.
