Exam Mindset provides digital exam preparation products, application review support, voucher-based learner access, referral tracking, and related certification preparation services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when users access the platform.

4. Country information and tax/billing
We collect country information during signup to support future billing, tax, compliance, and account administration needs. Country information is not displayed publicly.
5. Application review file privacy
Files uploaded for Application Review Support are stored in private storage and are used only for review, support, and service delivery. Users should only upload documents they are authorized to share. Application review files are not public.
6. Exam results privacy
Exam scores, answers, explanations reviewed, weak domains, and detailed results are private to the learner account.
Training providers using voucher access may see only:
- learner assignment
- voucher status
- whether access has been used
- attempt count
- last attempt date
They do not see:
- scores
- answers
- domain performance
- detailed reports
- review links
7. Referral tracking
When someone visits the site using a referral link, Exam Mindset may store referral information in the browser and in the platform for attribution purposes. Referral tracking is used to identify eligible referrals and calculate commissions on qualifying paid purchases.
Referral tracking does not apply to vendor voucher orders.
9. Payment data
When payments are enabled, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Exam Mindset does not store full payment card numbers. Payment providers may process payment details according to their own privacy policies and security practices.
10. Service providers
Exam Mindset uses trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database, file storage, email delivery, payments, analytics, and platform operations. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services.
Examples:
- Supabase for authentication, database, and storage
- GoDaddy/Microsoft 365 or future transactional email providers for email communication
- Stripe or another payment processor once enabled
12. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information, including authenticated access, role-based permissions, private file storage, and access controls. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
13. Data retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, support users, comply with legal/accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and improve the platform. Application review files, exam attempts, orders, and referral records may be retained for operational and support purposes unless deletion is required by applicable law.
14. User choices and access
Users can access and update certain profile information through their account settings. Users may contact support to request help with account information, access issues, or privacy-related requests.

15. Account deletion requests
Users may request account deletion by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, legal, security, payment, tax, or fraud prevention purposes.
16. Children's privacy
Exam Mindset is intended for professional and certification preparation use and is not directed to children. Users should not create accounts if they are not legally permitted to use the service in their jurisdiction.
17. International users
Exam Mindset may be accessed by users in different countries. By using the platform, users understand that information may be processed and stored in systems or regions used by our service providers.
18. Links to third-party websites
Exam Mindset may link to PMI® or other third-party resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites.
